As an Oahu maternity photographer, I am honored to document such a momentous season in a woman’s life journey. Maternity sessions are close to my heart; I regret not getting one done myself. Now that my children are teens, I realize how quickly it all goes. These sessions are so treasured as I know how much it will mean to mom and the entire family to have this visual momento of this special time to look back upon.
This session took place on quite the stormy day. Yet, neither the rain, wind or clouds could dim this mama’s luminous glow. The focus of this session was on mom, who was expecting her third son. Throughout, she was surrounded by so much love from her husband and two older boys. They showered her with an abundance of hugs and kisses. The boys loved the rain and by the end of the session, they were in their happy place with shirts off, darting in and out of the ocean and scampering up the cliffs.
