It is always a pleasure to capture the many visitors to this beautiful island. Photographs make for some of the best souvenirs of a vacation that often passes in a blur. As an Aulani Family Photographer, I often have the opportunity to capture multi-generational families vacationing together. This is true of this delightful family who brought Grandma to Hawaii with them. The bond between granddaughters and grandma was evident from the get go. This is perhaps one of my favorite relationships to capture. I relate so well to this connection, as my grandmother is one of my favorite people. Ever. Very much like these two girls and their granny.
An Evening in Paradise
Together we strolled the beach, while a vibrant rainbow made a fleeting appearance and gentle waves kissed our toes. The golden Hawaiian sun slowly dipped into the Pacific Ocean, bidding farewell to yet another stunning day in paradise. All the while, I documented this beautiful family’s time together in Hawaii. Soon enough they will be saying good-bye as well, leaving these islands for their own home far away. As always, my hope is that these images will keep the memory of their time here vivid in their hearts and minds for years to come. Aloha Ahiahi. Goodnight, Friends.
