This family came all the way from Canada to enjoy our little paradise island. We scheduled this session for the west side of Oahu, seeing as they were staying at Disney’s Aulani Resort. I am thrilled at the opportunity to have been able to work with them. The love they so clearly share filled the air along with the salty sea breeze. Mom and Dad were celebrating their 20th anniversary so we were sure to snap some shots of them stealing a kiss or two. It’s so important to focus on every dynamic of a family during a family session. Capturing the endless array of forms that love takes.

Sunsets and Sandy Toes

Sunset was the perfect setting for this laid-back, happy family. As the sun got lower, our hearts grew bigger, enjoying each other’s company and taking in the moment. I can only imagine that the weather in Canada currently is quite different than the sunny rays we were enjoying this day. It’s always nice to be able to look back on warm days and cotton-candy skies when the days grow chilly.

As an Aulani Photographer, I am thrilled to share this sunset, beach-side session I was lucky enough to share with this family.
